By accessing or using PayCycl, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PayCycl.

PayCycl provides tools for personal finance organization, including account and transaction tracking, budgets, savings and investment allocations, recurring transactions, group payment organization, reminders, weekly reviews, money-cycle planning, cash runway estimates, guides, and related dashboards.

PayCycl does not hold your money, move money, process payments, issue credit, provide banking services, or guarantee financial outcomes.

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login method, email account, phone, and devices secure.
• Use PayCycl only for lawful personal or permitted group-finance organization.
• Review transactions, balances, reminders, budgets, and runway estimates for accuracy before relying on them.

Important: PayCycl provides informational and organizational tools only. Dashboards, guides, reminders, runway estimates, budget health, reports, and AI-related previews are not professional financial, tax, legal, investment, credit, or banking advice. Consult a qualified professional before making major financial decisions.

You are responsible for the financial records, group details, invite information, notes, and other content you enter into PayCycl. If you create or join a group, some group-related information may be visible to other group members so the group can coordinate shared payments and reminders.

You may not use PayCycl to:

• Break the law, harass others, or impersonate another person.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with service availability.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Misuse group invites, reminders, or email systems for spam or abuse.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except where allowed by law.

PayCycl may depend on third-party services for authentication, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and other operations. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We list key providers on our Subprocessors page.

PayCycl is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta or preview features, at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free calculations.

You may stop using PayCycl at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PayCycl and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for financial decisions made using PayCycl. Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid PayCycl in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us.
