1. What subprocessors are
Subprocessors are third-party providers that help PayCycl operate the service. They may process limited personal information only as needed for hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, security, support, or infrastructure operations.
We do not sell your personal financial data.
2. Current key providers

| Google sign-in and optional analytics when configured and accepted. | Basic profile data for sign-in; usage events for analytics. | |
| Email delivery provider | Transactional emails such as OTPs, invites, reminders, and waitlist messages. | Email address, message metadata, and email content needed for delivery. |
| Infrastructure hosting provider | Application hosting, database hosting, logs, backups, and network operations. | Account, app, financial, technical, and log data needed to run PayCycl. |
| Domain and TLS providers | Domain resolution, HTTPS certificates, and secure connection support. | Technical connection data; not expected to receive your app financial records. |
3. Provider changes
We may add, replace, or remove providers as PayCycl grows. When a provider materially changes how personal information is processed, we will update this page and the date above.
