This policy explains how PayCycl collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, app, guides, authentication, dashboards, group payment tools, reminders, weekly reviews, and related services.

PayCycl is a personal finance organization tool. It is not a bank, payment processor, investment adviser, tax adviser, or credit reporting agency.

We collect information you provide directly, information needed to operate the service, and limited technical information.

• Account information: email address, display name, phone number if provided, profile image if provided by Google, login method, and authentication records.
• Financial information you enter: accounts, balances, transactions, categories, budgets, savings goals, investment and savings allocations, loans, recurring transactions, cash runway settings, money-cycle preferences, and weekly review notes.
• Group payment information: group names, member details, invite links, payment turns, subscription or shared bill details, reminder preferences, and related notification records.
• Communications: support messages, waitlist signups, email reminder activity, and delivery status when available.
• Device and usage information: basic request logs, IP address, browser details, pages visited, consent choices, and analytics events if analytics is enabled and you accept analytics cookies.

• Provide dashboards, reports, budgets, guides, reminders, group payments, and money-cycle features.
• Authenticate users, keep sessions secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.
• Send transactional messages such as OTPs, invite emails, group payment reminders, and weekly review notifications.
• Calculate insights such as budget health, cash runway, category spending, recurring bills, and allocation totals.
• Improve product reliability, usability, and performance.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, and respond to valid requests.

We do not sell your personal financial data. We share information only when needed to operate PayCycl, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law.

• Service providers: hosting, database, email delivery, authentication, analytics, security, and operational vendors that help us run PayCycl.
• Google OAuth: if you choose Google sign-in, Google provides basic profile information such as email, name, and profile image.
• Email provider: transactional emails such as OTPs, invites, and reminders are processed by our email provider.
• Group members: information needed for a shared group, invite, payment turn, or group subscription may be visible to other members of that group.
• Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required to comply with law, protect users, or secure the service.

PayCycl uses essential cookies for authentication and preferences. If analytics is configured, we only load analytics after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. You can decline analytics cookies and still use the app.

We keep account and financial records while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal account data unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or dispute reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You can also decline analytics cookies and update many account details in the app.

To make a privacy request, email privacy@paycycl.com from the email address connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

We use TLS in transit, secure authentication cookies, access controls, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal and financial data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we treat financial data as sensitive and work to reduce unnecessary collection and retention.

PayCycl is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as PayCycl changes. If a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
